Monica Lau is a nonprofit leader with more than 30 years of dedicated service at Family Bridges Inc., where she has played a key role in expanding programs and strengthening services for seniors, families, immigrants, and underserved communities. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Monica later immigrated to the United States and has devoted her career to community service and nonprofit leadership. She began her career at Family Bridges as a Program Assistant and, through years of dedication and leadership, worked her way up to become Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she oversees multiple programs and departments while guiding the organization's growth and long-term sustainability. Monica is recognized for her successful fundraising initiatives and strong community partnerships, which have generated vital resources supporting programs that improve the lives of thousands. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, she is known for her collaborative leadership style and lifelong commitment to helping communities in need.
